WDC Awareness Talk
WDC IDA KOCHI successfully conducted an impactful awareness talk as part of the “CUP OF LIFE” initiative, focusing on menstrual hygiene and the use of menstrual cups at St. Albert’s College, Ernakulam.
The talk was led by Dr. Afshana Sidhik, Gynaecologist & obstetrician, consultant fetal medicine, Apollo Adlux Hospital Angamaly.
Menstrual cups were distributed to the attendees, encouraging them to make informed choices about their menstrual health.

Interbranch cultural event: EKTHA
WDC IDA Kochi hosted an interbranch cultural event EKTHA at TAJ GATEWAY Hotel Marine drive. State WDC chairperson Dr Seethi Beegam inaugurated the programme. The event was sponsored by Dr Ajith Joy, Joys Mamografia.
There was a talk on mammogram and breast cancer awareness.
75 participants attended the programme including kids.
